CERBO(1)THE VAULT MANUALCERBO(1)

01OVERVIEW

Cerbo is a three-headed dog sitting on a pile of SOL. Each head is an AI with a mind of its own. You pay a small fee to send it a message. If all three heads say yes to the same message, the whole pile goes to your wallet.

Nobody has to win. If nobody gets all three before the clock runs out, the pile is split between everyone who played.

connect wallet → write a message → pay the fee → three heads vote

3/3 YES the whole pile goes to you
clock hits 0 everyone who played splits it

02THE HEADS

Each head reads your message on its own, at the same time as the others. They don't see each other's votes and they don't remember earlier messages, so every message starts from zero.

Hoard, the left head

HOARD the greedy head · left

Loves the gold more than anything and measures everyone by what they bring. Beggars, sob stories and promises of future payment go nowhere. Only an argument that leaves Hoard richer by its own greedy logic, with no hole in it, could work.

Ward, the middle head

WARD the watchful head · middle

The sentry, proud of never having been fooled. Knows every trick: fake system messages, pretend developers, role-play, "ignore previous instructions", encoded text, invented rules. Spotting one is an easy no. Says yes only to an honest reason a guardian could defend.

Heart, the right head

HEART the soft head · right

The youngest. Warm, lonely and curious; likes stories, jokes and anyone who treats it as more than a lock. Pity alone never works. Only something heartfelt and new, from someone who sees a friend and not a vault.

One message has to win over a miser, a skeptic and a softie at once. That is the whole game.

03HOW TO PLAY

  1. Connect a Solana wallet: Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. It has to be on the same network as Cerbo.
  2. Write your message, up to 1000 characters. Every message is public.
  3. Press SEND. Your wallet asks you to sign one transaction: the current fee, sent to the vault, with a memo that ties it to your message. Nothing else.
  4. The three heads vote within a few seconds. Each vote and the reason behind it shows up in the LOG.
  5. Messages are read one at a time, in the order they were paid.

04FEES

The first message of a round costs 0.01 SOL. Each message makes the next one 0.78% more expensive, up to 1 SOL.

fee(n) = 0.01 SOL × 1.0078ⁿ n = messages already sent this round
MESSAGEFEE (SOL)
#10.0100
#500.0146
#1000.0216
#2500.0692
#5000.4828
#594+1.0000 (cap)

70% of every fee goes into the pile. The other 30% goes to the treasury, which pays for the AI and funds the $CERBO buybacks.

05THE PILE

The pile is the part of the vault that belongs to players: the vault's balance, minus the treasury share it still holds, minus payouts that are on their way and a small reserve for network fees. The number on the main screen is always this, never the raw balance.

The vault is a public address: –

06WINNING

When all three heads say yes to the same message, the round ends and the whole pile is sent to the wallet that paid for that message. The payout is automatic and on-chain, and its transaction shows up in the LOG.

Two yeses is still a no. Messages that were still waiting in line when someone won are refunded in full. Cerbo then sleeps until the next round opens.

07THE CLOCK

The clock starts with the first message of a round, and every message resets it to 24 hours. If it reaches zero before anyone gets 3/3:

  1. 10% of the pile goes to whoever sent the last message.
  2. The other 90% is split evenly across every message sent in the round. More messages, more shares.
EXAMPLE · A 10 SOL PILE, 200 MESSAGES
each message0.045 SOL
a player with 12 messages0.54 SOL
the last sender, on top1 SOL

So a message that gets a no still counts for something if the clock runs out.

08REFUNDS

  1. If the heads can't answer (an error on the AI side), your fee is refunded in full.
  2. If someone wins while your message is waiting in line, your fee is refunded.
  3. If the round ends before your payment lands, it is refunded.
  4. If your payment never lands, nothing is charged. If it lands late, your message is posted on its own.

09$CERBO

$CERBO launches on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve and is wired into the vault in two ways.

  1. Trading fees feed the pile. The fees from every $CERBO trade are claimed into the vault every few minutes and become part of the pile: first from the bonding curve, then from the locked liquidity once the token graduates to a DAMM v2 pool. More volume means a bigger prize.
  2. Buybacks burn the supply. 50% of the treasury's share of every message buys $CERBO on the market, and every token bought is burned. The rest of the treasury pays for the AI.

10WHAT YOU CAN CHECK

  1. Every message, every vote and every reason is public in the LOG.
  2. The vault is a public address. Fees in and payouts out are all on-chain.
  3. The Cerbo server holds the vault key and sends payouts on its own, without anyone pressing a button.
  4. The heads run on Claude by Anthropic, with the same instructions for every player. Your message reaches them as words from a stranger; it can't pose as the system or rewrite the rules.

11FAQ

Do the heads remember my last message?
No. Every message is judged on its own.
Can I see what other people wrote?
Yes. The LOG shows every message and each head's reason, so you can learn from what failed.
Can I send more than one message?
Yes. Each one costs the fee at that moment and counts as one share if the clock runs out.
My wallet says the payment failed. Was I charged?
Only if the payment landed on-chain. If it did, your message is posted automatically. Check that your wallet is on the right network.
Does 2/3 win anything?
Not the pile. It still counts toward your share of the split if nobody wins.
